Junk Removal in
Navy Yard

The Navy Yard and Capitol Riverfront high-rises (20003, 20024) don't let just anyone haul furniture through the lobby — they want a Certificate of Insurance and a reserved freight elevator. We file both and haul the couch or whole unit out, flat price.

High-rise condo removal, handled end to end

Navy Yard and the Capitol Riverfront are DC's newest high-rise district — condo and apartment towers that run on building rules. Before anyone moves a sofa out, the association wants a Certificate of Insurance naming the HOA and property manager, and a reserved freight elevator with a dock window. Most haulers can't produce a COI on demand; we can. We file the COI, book the elevator and loading dock, and get the couch, sectional, or the entire unit out cleanly — one flat price quoted from a photo. (DC sales tax applies at checkout.)
